Rexible is launching in Washington, D.C., with MyUrbanBnB LLC as its anchor Property Management Company. We started with a single bet: brokers earn one commission per closed deal, but a vetted PMC can keep that property generating revenue for years.

We don't take a cut of broker rev-share. We charge a flat platform fee, sign the agreement digitally, and let the PMC operate the property. Every state change is recorded in an immutable audit log so the conversations with regulators, owners, and insurers are boring instead of expensive.
